Overview
Welcome to PartsPays.com, the smart platform that connects customers directly with authorized car dealers in Kuwait to purchase and order genuine spare parts in an easy and secure way.
By using this website or any of its services, you agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions set out below.
These terms apply to all users, including individuals, workshops, and companies.
Nature of Service
PartsPays operates as a smart digital intermediary between the customer and the official car dealer, and is not considered a traditional merchant or online store.
All parts are requested and sold directly by the official dealer or its authorized distributors.
Prices and availability are confirmed by the dealer before payment is made.
Order Process
The customer fills in the smart form on the website and provides the required information, which may include, but is not limited to:
- Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).
- Basic vehicle information.
- Customer contact details.
After the order is submitted, the customer support team contacts the dealer to confirm part availability and the appropriate price.
Once confirmed, a secure online payment link is sent to the customer via Tap Payments.
The order is prepared and delivered after successful payment through our logistics partner iCarry.
Product Authenticity
All parts sold through the website are 100% genuine and sourced from official dealers.
Parts are delivered in their original packaging with the dealer’s invoice whenever available.
The website does not deal with non-genuine or counterfeit parts.
Return & Refund Policy
Orders cannot be returned or refunded after payment, except in the following cases only:
- If one or more of the requested parts are not delivered by the dealer.
- If a part is delivered that is different from the requested part or does not match the agreed specifications.
Returns are not accepted after the part has been installed or used.
If a refund is approved, the amount will be refunded within 7–14 business days via Tap Payments only.
Payment Terms
All payments are processed exclusively through Tap Payments.
Accepted payment methods include KNET, Visa, MasterCard, and Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) services through available providers (such as KNET, Dima Pay, Taby), according to their terms and conditions.
Cash payments are not accepted in any form.
An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment.
Pricing & Offers
Prices are determined directly by the official dealer and may vary depending on the part type, available alternatives, or any updates from the dealer.
Quotations or prices sent to the customer are usually valid for 24 hours from the time of confirmation, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery
Deliveries within Kuwait are handled through our official logistics partner iCarry.
Delivery time is usually between 24 and 72 hours, depending on the dealer’s location, part availability, and logistics conditions.
PartsPays is not responsible for delays caused by dealers, delivery companies, or circumstances beyond our control.
The customer will be notified via SMS or WhatsApp once the order is ready for delivery.
Warranty
All parts sold are covered by the official dealer’s warranty, if applicable.
Warranty terms and duration may vary depending on the dealer and the type of part.
Warranty claims must be submitted directly to the dealer and not through PartsPays.
Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information (such as VIN and vehicle details).
Any error in the information that leads to ordering an incorrect part is entirely the customer’s responsibility.
The customer must be present at the agreed delivery location, or authorize someone to receive the order on their behalf.
Limitation of Liability
PartsPays acts solely as an intermediary to facilitate the service between the customer and the dealer.
The website is not liable for:
- Any delay caused by the dealer or the delivery company.
- Any error resulting from incorrect data submitted by the customer.
- Any damage occurring after the part has been received or due to misuse.
Privacy & Data Protection
Customer data (vehicle information, contact details, etc.) is used only for the purpose of completing the order.
The website does not store bank card details; all payments are processed securely through Tap Payments.
All communications are secured using the SSL protocol to ensure privacy and protection.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and any dispute shall be referred to the competent legal authorities in Kuwait.
